Subject: Maddy Ray's SUPERB Customer Service
I received my order of multiple items from Maddy Ray's. Upon opening the box and reviewing my order, I found my Country Kitchen Oil Warmer to be broken. I emailed Tracey to find out the process of replacing. Not only did I receive a prompt reply, but the reply also included a note that Tracey had went ahead and had a new one shipping to me with a date I should receive by as well.
